He Always Rode Good Horses.
Un Muy Buen CD si lo que te va es la musica del oeste.

From Ovalo, Texas, comes this marvelous CD from the Prescotts, Jean & Gary. We Western music & harmony lovers have had to wait a long time, over 2 decades, to hear the Prescotts sing together again.
It’s easy to hear the happiness in their songs, which is also reflected in the CD’s title, Satisfied Hearts. This new project includes 15 fantastic songs in Western music style, although there’s also a poem and an occasional swing tune. Practically all of the songs are their compositions or co-compositions with friends, and we find songs by Stan Rogers and Jeff Gore, among others. The album is a great work that maintains the tradition and takes us back to the Old West, with stories full of poetry and love. I couldn’t single out a particular song above the others because all are so enjoyable to hear. As I mentioned earlier, all are Western music except for the poem, “Where the Ponies Come to Drink,”  and the cowboy swing tune, “He Always Rode Good Horses.”  A Really Good CD, if you like the music of the West.
